West Hempfield Township Solicitation Permit Information

$50.00 per permit application

Soliciting Permits are valid for a 30 day period

Soliciting hours are Monday -Saturday 9:00am to 9:00pm

Every person soliciting must complete an application.

Each person soliciting must submit a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Background Check, which can be obtained by going to https://epatch.state.pa.us

Completed applications must be hand delivered, with cash or check, to the West Hempfield Township Police Department, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

A photo will be taken of each solicitor.

Each solicitor will be issued a solicitation permit with their photo on it. This permit will be carried by each solicitor and displayed in a manner on their person that is visible to residents.
